SAMPIT, RAKYATKALTENG.com – Wakil Ketua II DPRD Kotawaringin Timur (Kotim) H Hairis Salamad meminta agar elemen masyarakat supaya dapat bersama-sama menjaga dan memelihara situasi Keamanan Ketertibas Masyarakat (Kamtibmas) yang sudah kondusip.
“Tentu dengan situasi kamtibmas sekarang ini masyarakat bisa nyaman melaksanakan aktivitas. Kita berharap juga daerah kita tetap seperti ini (kondusip, Red),” kata Hairis Salamad, Kamis 26 Agustus 2021.
Politikus PAN ini mengimbau supaya masyarakat tidak mudah terpancing isu provokatif yang dapat memecah belahkan masyarakat, apalagi menyangkut kepentingan politik.
“Kita berharap agar masyarakat harus jeli mana yang sifatnya bisa memecah belahkan masyarakat, harus dihindari, bahkan jangan sampai kita mau di adu domba hanya untuk kepentingan orang lain,” Ujar Hairis.
Dimana dalam pelaksanaan hari-hari besar keagamaan dan kegiatan nasional selama ini, lanjut Hairis semua bisa berjalan aman dan lancaran, hal ini terlihat adanya kekompakan, kerjasama yang baik semua pihak dalam merajut bhineka tunggal Ika di Bumi Habaring Hurung.
“Ini semua kendali ada di kita semua, jangan sampai mudah di adu domba, dihasut dan dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan tertentu, termasuk juga dalam penggunaan media sosial yang sudah masif saat ini kita berharap agar masyarakat dapat lebih bijak dan tidak sembarangan membuat postingan dan share berita yang belum tahu kebenarannya,” sebutnya.
