PURUK CAHU – RAKYATKALTENG – ASY alias Abuk (37) berhasil dibekuk oleh Satresnarkoba Polres Murung Raya (Mura) setelah mendapat laporan adanya peredaran gelap narkoba jenis sabu-sabu di Kelurahan Muara Tuhup, Kecamatan Laung Tuhup, Sabtu siang (20/2/2021).
Kapolres Mura, AKBP I Gede Putu Widyana melalui Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Mura, Iptu Bagus Winarmoko mengungkapkan tersangka yang diduga pengedar tersebut ditangkap setelah pihaknya melakukan penyelidikan diwilayah Pasar Sabtu Kelurahan Muara Tuhup.
“Kami bersama anggota kemudian mencurigai tersangka setelah melihat gerak-gerik dari pelaku yang pada saat itu ingin melakukan transaksi, sehingga kami lansung melakukan penangkapan dan penggeledahan terhadap tersangka dengan disaksikan warga setempat,” terangnya.
Kemudian, dari badan pelaku Satresnarkoba Polres Mura berhasil menemukan narkoba jenis sabu sebanyak 5 paket yang dibungkus dengan plastik klip dengan berat kotor 1,85 gram yang rencananya akan diedarkan pada pasar Minggu di Kelurahan Muara Tuhup.
“Saat ini tersangka beserta barang bukti telah kami amankan di Mapolres Mura beserta barang buktinya, sehingga peredaran narkoba diwilayah tersebut berhasil digagalkan tentu tidak terlepas dari bantuan informasi yang diberikan masyarakat kepada kami,” tambahnya lagi.
Tersangka akan disangkakan pasal 112 ayat (1) UU RI nomor 35 tahun 2009 subsider pasal 127 ayat (1) huruf A tentang narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman penjara paling singkat 4 tahun dan paling lama 12 tahun. (yon)
