Peninjauan tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui secara lansung perkembangan penanganan pandemi Covid-19 diwilayah tersebut, setelah beberapa hari lalu hingga sekarang menjadi perhatian penting bagi Satuan Tugas (Satgas) penanganan Covid-19 dengan membludaknya kasus virus corona di Kecamatan Seribu Riam.
“Langkah yang kita lakukan mengunjungi lokasi karantina, guna memastikan langkah penanganan medisnya dalam rangka memutus mata rantai wabah ini serta kita juga menyalurkan beberapa bantuan paket sembako kepada para keluarga pasien,” ujarnya saat dikonfirmasi, Sabtu (6/2/2021).
Selain itu, pihaknya juga membagikan masker kepada masyarakat dan melaksanakan swab massal kepada masyarakat serta selalu mengedukasi kepada masyarakat supaya dapat menerapkan protokol kesehatan, melaksanakan 3M, yakni menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan dan menghindari kerumunan.
“Langkah-langkah cepat yang kita ambil ini sudah mata rantai Covid-19 dapat segera diputus di wilayah ini, dengan harapan daerah ini bisa kembali pada zona hijau Covid-19,” tukasnya lagi. (R2)
