SAMPIT- RAKYATKALTENG – Anggota Komisi IV DPRD Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur (Kotim), Handoyo J Wibowo angkat bicara terkait persoalan antara warga Dusun Terobos Desa Bukit Raya Kecamatan Cempaga Hulu. Dia menyebutkan persoalan pemanfaatan jalan itu harus disikapi secara serius sebab perusahaan perkebunan yang menggunakannya harus mematuhi ketentuan pemanfaatan jalan pemerintah.
“Itu memang harus diselesaikan dan nanti akan dipanggil di DPRD Kotim. Terkait persoalan penggunan jalan itu apakah memang sudah ada izin dari kepala daerah atau tidak, karena jika mengacu dari perda kita kalau melintas jalan desa yang statusnya dibawah kabupaten mesti memiliki izin. “tegasnya, Sabtu (29/1/2021).
Menurut Handoyo perusahaan memang diizinkan menggunakan jalan pemerintah desa atau kabupaten asalkan ada ketentuan yang harus dipenuhi. Diantaranya mengenai kesiapan memelihara dan merawat jalan itu sendiri. Kemudian ada pengaturan melintas dijalan tersebut, “Kalau jalan itu dibiarkan rusak berdebu dan tidak terawar saya kira wajar ada penolakan dari masyarakat disitu, apalagi mereka melintas tidak mengenal jam, harusnya hal semacam itu bisa diatasi di kepala desa dulu bawa ke kecamatan.”tegas Politikus Partai Demokrat.
Sebelumnya, warga Dusun Terobos, Desa Bukit Raya, Kecamatan Cempaga Hulu, terhadap aktivitas angkutan perusahaan di wilayah itu mencapai puncaknya. Mereka menghentikan sejumlah truk perusahaan perkebunan yang melewati jalan desa dan meminta agar aktivitas pengangkutan segera dihentikan.
”Kami merasa aktivitas truk yang setiap hari hampir seratus truk melewati jalan Dusun Terobos ini sangat menganggu. Karena itu, kami sudah menyurati pihak perusahaan, dalam hal ini PT NSP (Nusantara Sawit Persada) untuk mulai mengalihkan jalan khusus supaya tidak lewat kampung kami,” kata Mudi Misran, warga Dusun Terobos, Minggu (24/1).
Mudi menuturkan, angkutan perusahaan yang melintas di jalan dusun itu kerap membahayakan penduduk sekitar. Anak-anak rawan menjadi korban konvoi truk tersebut, karena kerap bermain di sekitar jalan truk melintas. ”Yang namanya jalan kampung seharusnya bukan untuk jalan truk. Apalagi anak-anak bermain di halaman yang sebagian merupakan jalan dusun itu. Kami khawatir terjadi sesuatu ke depannya, karena itu kami keberatan dengan aktivitas ini,” katanya. (Hun)
