Daerah ini, kata dia, masih dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang sangat menyita waktu dan tenaga dan seakan-akan sedang menghadapi sebuah peperangan yang luar biasa.
“Tindakan yang telah diambil pemerintah melalui gugus tugas, pembentukan posko, pendistribusian APD dan BLT serta disiplin vaksinasi, patut kita berikan apresiaisi yang setinggi-tingginya,” kata Megawati, Kamis 22 Juli 2021.
Namun lanjutnya, ada masukan yang perlu dirinya sampaikan yaitu agar tidak lupa untuk memberikan memotivasi dan menumbuhkan semangat kepada masyarakat supaya selalu meningkatkan imun dan berjuang bersama melawan wabah ini.
Sebab, dengan dipengaruhi oleh rasa ketakutan yang berlebihan dapat membuat imun yang tidak stabil. Oleh sebab itu, masyarakat perlu diberikan motivasi yang positif.
Legislator PAN ini melanjutkan, Kotim sekarang berada pada status zona merah penyebaran virus Covid-19. Dari itu, mereka mengimbau kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat agar selalu disiplin protokol kesehatan (Prokes), memakai masker, mencuci tangan, jauhi kerumunan dan tetap di rumah saja apabila tidak ada sesuatu yang penting untuk dikerjakan.
Dirinya mengharapkan, dikemudian hari pelaksanaan pemerintahan berjalan sesuai harapan masyarakat. Kebijakan-kebijakan yang dibuat dapat diterapkan dengan maksimal demi kebaikan bersama dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran masyarakat. (rk1)
