PURUK CAHU, RAKYATKALTENG.com – Ketua DPRD Murung Raya (Mura), Doni SP M.Si minta agar masyarakat desa diminta untuk berperan aktif dalam mengawasi penggunaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dan Dana Desa (DD) tersebut.
“Sebagai masyarakat desa, mereka berhak mengawasi setiap penggunaan ADD dan DD. Jangan hanya tinggal diam, tapi juga harus melakukan pengawasan dalam setiap pembangunan yang dilakukan di desa,”tegasnya, Selasa (29/6/2021).
Menurut politisi PDI-Perjuangan ini penggunaan ADD dan DD sifatnya untuk membangun desa, sehingga dapat mandiri, maju dan sejahtera. Untuk itu, sangat diharapkan masyarakat desa terlibat langsung dalam setiap pembangunan yang dilakukan di desa, dengan menggunakan dana desa tersebut.
“Seluruh masyarakat harus selalu memantau setiap penggunaan ADD dan DD, sehingga pelaksanaan pembangunan bisa tepat waktu, tepat guna dan tepat sasaran, serta hasilnya dapat dirasakan oleh mereka,” tuturnya lagi.
Di samping itu, Doni juga harapkan agar pemerintah desa juga harus mampu memanfaatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) lokal, dalam setiap pembangunan di desa. Dengan demikian, uang yang berasal dari ADD dan DD tersebut hanya berputar di desa tersebut.
“Sekarang ini, pemerintah desa tengah mengelola dana desa yang cukup besar, dimana rata-rata mendapatkan dana Rp 1 miliar lebih. Agar penggunaannya efektif, akan lebih baik yang mengelola anggaran itu adalah SDM lokal, karena kemampuannya tidak kalah dengan yang berasal dari luar desa,” ujarnya.
Pada kesempatan ini, dia juga mengingatkan seluruh kepala desa (kades) dan perangkatnya, agar menggunakan dan mempertanggungjawabkan dana desa sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Ini dilakukan untuk menghindari terjadinya permasalahan dikemudian hari.
”Jangan sampai ada kades yang melakukan penyimpangan terkait penggunaan dana desa tersebut, karena pastinya akan berurusan dengan hukum,” pungkasnya. (ush)
