PURUK CAHU, RAKYATKALTENG.com – Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan dan kapasitas kepala desa dan perangkat desa di desa binaan, PT. Indo Muro Kencana (IMK) bekerjasama dengan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (DPMD) Kabupaten Murung Raya menggelar pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan desa bagi 13 desa di dua Kecamatan di Kabupaten Murung Raya dengan narasumber dari BPKP Provinsi Kalteng selama dua hari di Gedung Pertemuan Umum Tira Tangka Balang, 27-28 September 2021.
Mewakili manajer Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT IMK, Eko Subagyo mengatakan pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas pemerintah desa terus dilaksankan untuk desa-desa dilingkar tambang PT IMK.
Lanjutnya, pelatihan ini merupakan rangkaian dari pelaksanaan pelatihan sebelumnya, terkait dengan kelembagaan Desa.
“Ini merupakan upaya kami dalam mendukung program pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas pemerintah desa melalui pelatihan,” ujarnya.
Dikatakan Eko, didalam tata pengelolaan keuangan desa itu tidak terlepas dari desa, sebagai bagian yang paling dekat dengan masyarakat yang tentunya juga mengelola sumber daya, sumber dana internal maupun dana dari pusat provinsi maupun kabupaten, tentu membutuhkan suatu pemahaman, keterampilan teknis terkait dengan penggelolaan keuangan desa.
Ditambahkannya, peningkatan kapasitas pemerintah desa juga merupakan salah satu bagian dari program pemberdayaan masyarakat disekitar tambang.
Sementara itu Bupati Mura, Perdie M. Yoseph melalui Asisten I Sekda bidang Pemerintahan dan Kesra Serampang, mengatakan, aparatur Pemerintah Desa sebagai bagian dan unsur Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) aparatur negara, mempunyai peranan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pembangunan.
“Saya mengingatkan agar peserta pelatihan dapat dengan serius mengikuti setiap materi yang disampaikan oleh para narasumber. Sehingga nantinya dapat memahami secara utuh tentang pengelolaan keuangan desa dengan menggunakan aplikasi Siskeudes secara profesional dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dengan baik dan benar,” kata Serampang.
Atas nama Pemerintah kabupaten Murung Raya ia mengucapkan terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya kepada PT Indo Muro Kencana (IMK) atas program CSR nya yang telah berkenan menggandeng Pemkab untuk memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan kepada aparatur Pemerintah Desa.
“Kami sangat berharap kegiatan ini akan terus berkesinambungan di waktu mendatang dan semakin ditingkatkan sehingga dapat memberikan peningkatan kualitas terhadap pengelolaan dana Desa agar menjadi lebih baik,” tandasnya. (Rk1)
