Parimus menekankan kedisplinan para paratur ASN yang bekerja dan bertugas di daerah pelosok. Pasalnya DPRD kerap menerima laporan adanya oknum ASN yang jarang melakanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya.
ASN yang sudah diambil sumpah janji jabatan sudah seharusnya mematuhi terhadap aturan, tanggungjawab yang harus dilaksanakan, tanpa mengabaikan.
“Mengingat mereka menjadi abdi negara dan masyarakat menjadi pelayan yang berdedikasi tinggi, cinta akan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya tanpa mengabai satu bait pun dari janji jabatan,” ujar Parimus, Kamis 1 Juli 2021.
Ia mempertegas untuk siapapun yang ditugaskan pemerintah untuk mengabdi dan melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai ASN di pelosok hendaknya dilaksanakan secara bertanggungjawab.
Parimus menekankan juga pengawasan kepada pegawai ini sangat diperlukan, inspeksi dari pemerintah daerah harus dilakukan untuk mengecek keberadaan petugas itu sesuai dengan tempat penugasaanya.
Ditambahkan Parimus agar pegawai yang ditempatkan harus memiliki etos kerja dan rasa bertanggungjawab. Apalagi mereka yang bekerja mendapatkan gaji dan tunjangan dari pemerintah sudah selayaknya berada ditempat saat pelaksanaan tugas dan pekerjaan tersebut. (rk1)
