SAMPIT, RAKYATKALTENG.COM – Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur (Kotim) Rinie A Gagah meminta supaya dalam rencana pembangunan infrastruktur di Kotim jangan hanya mengandalkan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) saja.
Karena kata Rinie perlu sebuah upaya dari pemerintah daerah untuk melakukan lobi politik ke pemerintah pusat agar dapat bagian APBN untuk bidang pembangunan di Kotim. “Tentu setiap daerah berupaya agar dana dari APBN bisa berkucur ke daerahnya, seperti halnya di Kotim sangat membutuhkan dana APBD yang maskimal untuk mendukung pembangunan,” kata Rinie, Senin (5/4/202).
Karena jika hanya mengandalkan menggunakan dana APBD, tentu sangat sulit diukur, mengingat membutuhkan dana yang cukup besar untuk sebuah pembangunan-pembangunan infrastruktur di daerah. Potensi-potensi untuk menggunakan dana APBN ini harus dimanfaatkan, karena jika mengandalkan dana APBD sangat sulit bisa selesai dalam waktu yang singkat, mengingat sektor pemangunan cukup banyak yang harus difokuskan oleh Pemda.
Ia meminta agar pemerintah saat ini harus belajar dengan pemerintah sebelumnya, yang cukup maksimal mendapatkan dana sharing APBN untuk sektor pembangunan seperti Rumah Sakit Dr Murjani.
“Hal demikian perlu dilakukan oleh pemerintah saat ini supaya pembangunan di Kotim terus menggeliat. Apabila mengandalkan APBD tentu sangat sulit, terlebih untuk biaya pegawai sudah sangat besar,” bebernya.
Sehingga harus bekerja keras untuk mendapatkan kucuran dana APBN untuk mendukung pembangunan di Bumi Habaring Hurung. (hun/rk)
