SAMPIT, RAKYATKALTENG.COM-Ketua Komisi IV DPRD Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur (Kotim) meminta agar Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten segera melakukan aksi pembatasan muatan kendaraan dilapangan. Salah atunya dengan tidak melebihi muatan sumbu terberat 8 ton. Karena muatan diatas itu akan mempercepat kerusakan jalan.
“Kami mengharapkan Dinas Perhubungan kabupaten ini harusb turun ke lapangan, jangan ada kesan memb iartkan kendaraan dengan MST 8 ton itu bebas berkeliaran. Dimana letak wibawa pemerintahan kalau hal semacasm ini kita biarkan dan terus-terusan kita toleransi,”kata Dadang H Syamsu kemarin.
Dadang mengakui akibat pembiaran itu maka jalan cepat rusak karena seandainya muatan masih menyesuaikan dengan kemampuan jalan yang hanya 8 ton maka kerusakan bisa diminimalisir.
“Kalau jalan cepat rusak dipenggunaan masih sesuai kelasnya maka artinya yang tidak beres adalah aspalnya, aspal yang dipakai tidak sesuai spesifikasi untuk kelas jalan IIIC,”tegas Dadang.
Dia meminta agar Pemkab tidak main-main dengan penertiban kendaraan diruas jalan dalam kota ini. Karena aspirasi dari masyarakat terus bermunculan. Bahkan ada yang ingin melakukan aksi protes dengan truk besar bebas masuk dalam kota itu.
“Kalau toh usai kami sidak, usai kami cek lapangan pemkab tidak ada sikap dan ketegasan apa jadinya daerah ini jalan-jalan kita biarkan truk-truk besar itu melewatinya. Kita tidak menyoalkan sementara truk itu masuk kota karena jalan lingkar belum fungsional tapi lihat dulu sisi muatannya apakah sesuai tidak dengan kelas jalan kita ini,”tegasnya.
Dadang menyebutkan anggaran akan jadi imbas ketidakperdulian dengan jalan dalam kota itu. Untuk membangun ruas jalan Kapten Mulyono, Pelita hingga HM Arsyad ini akan menelan dana hingga puluhan miliar.
“Anggaran itu besar darimana lagi kita cari uangnya kalau kita biarkan truk masuk, justru harusnya kita perliahara jalan yang ada ini supaya awet,”sesalnya.(hun)
