“Penyempurnaan Rancangan Awal RKPD ini untuk memberikan panduan kepada seluruh Perangkat Daerah di lingkup Pemkab Mura dalam menyempurnakan Rancangan Awal Rencana Kerja (Renja) Perangkat Daerah dan berfungsi sebagai koridor perencanaan pembangunan daerah dalam kurun waktu satu tahun yang disusun menggunakan pendekatan teknokratis dan partisipatif,” kata Hermon.
